Booking the entire property gives you exclusive use of 4 stylish units, each with its own kitchen, AC, and hot water shower: 2 unique Western wagons (queen beds) and 2 luxury apartments (king beds). Enjoy the perfect blend of privacy and gathering in your private tropical courtyard with a refreshing pool and fun games—all a short walk to Palm Beach and restaurants! The space Refresh under the outdoor shower or use the foot wash after a beach day before returning to your retreat. SeaBreeze Collective’s expansive private outdoor space is designed for family and group connection, featuring two shaded palapas, a vibrant BBQ station, and a large dining table for group feasts. As the sun sets, spark some friendly competition with Dutch shuffleboard, darts, or board games—or simply retreat to your private unit for a quiet moment of personal relaxation. This space offers the perfect balance of social fun and personal privacy. The Boutique Wagons (2 Units) -The Blue Lagoon Wagon & The Sunny Side Wagon -Unique Retreat: Custom-designed air-conditioned wagons for a one-of-a-kind stay. -Queen Comfort: Each wagon features a Queen-size bed and a cozy, private atmosphere. -Outdoor Living: Fully equipped private outdoor kitchen, perfect for enjoying the tropical breeze while you cook. -Full Bathroom: Private en-suite bathroom with a hot water shower located inside each unit. Rest easy knowing your group is in a safe, gated area with convenient parking available. Other things to note This property is not suitable for children or infants, due to open staircase, unfenced pool, and no lifeguard . For their safety, we kindly ask that children be supervised at all times while on the property. We provide a starter kit, including two rolls of toilet paper and one roll of paper towels for each unit. 🧺 Laundry Facilities We have on-site laundry available to make your stay more comfortable: Enjoy one complimentary laundry load during your stay. Any additional washes are available for $4 USD per load. Drying: We do not have a machine dryer on-site. Please hang-dry your clothes in the Aruban breeze. How to Access: On-site laundry is available upon request. Island Wildlife & Local Dogs: Aruba is a beautiful tropical island where you will frequently see local free-roaming dogs (known locally as cunucu’ dogs) and wildlife wandering freely along public streets and beaches. They are a normal part of the island’s charm and community. Aruba is officially certified as rabies-free, but we always recommend giving public animals their space while you are out exploring.
